Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern use of Fintech Platform by retailers, their staff, and admins.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Fintech Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the platform. Where you are onboarded as a retailer, partner, or distributor, these terms also govern the commercial relationship between you and Fintech Platform for as long as that relationship continues.

Nature of the service

Fintech Platform is a digital facilitator that enables wallet transfers, bill payments, and payouts. It does not itself supply the underlying goods or services settled through those payments, and does not take ownership of, or assert rights over, the products or services provided by billers, merchants, or other third parties on the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide true, complete, and current information when registering, and keep it up to date. Access credentials are personal to your account and must not be shared; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login. Fintech Platform may require identity or business verification before activating or continuing to provide access to an account.

Acceptable use

The platform must be used only for the services it is designed to provide, and only through the platform itself — transactions that are recorded outside the platform, or represented to customers as having gone through it when they have not, are a breach of these terms and may expose you to civil, criminal, or regulatory liability in addition to termination of your access. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent pricing or commission rules, or to offer discounts or incentives on services that Fintech Platform has not authorised.

Fees, working capital, and commission

Where onboarding involves a registration fee, that fee is non-refundable. Retailers operating on a working-capital model are required to maintain the deposit balance communicated to them, and transactions are limited to the available credit balance. Commission rates, pricing, and any applicable taxes are set by Fintech Platform and may be revised from time to time; continued use of the platform after a rate change constitutes acceptance of the revised rate. Responsibility for applicable taxes on amounts earned through the platform rests with the retailer.

Suspension and termination

Fintech Platform may suspend or terminate access to an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law or a regulator, and may otherwise end the relationship with reasonable prior notice absent such a breach. You may stop using the platform at any time; amounts properly owed to you as of termination remain payable, subject to the usual settlement and reconciliation process.

Intellectual property

All software, branding, trademarks, and content made available through the platform belong to Fintech Platform or its licensors. Using the platform does not grant you any ownership or licence in that intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service as intended, and you may not use Fintech Platform's name, logo, or branding in your own materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

Non-public information shared between you and Fintech Platform in connection with the platform — including pricing, commission structures, and account information — is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law, to your professional advisors, or with prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Fintech Platform takes reasonable care to keep the service available and accurate, but technical systems are subject to interruption, maintenance, and errors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Fintech Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, and its liability for direct losses is limited to the fees actually paid to it in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Regulatory compliance

These terms operate alongside, and do not override, applicable law — including guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, to the extent they apply to the services offered on the platform. Where a conflict exists between these terms and applicable law, the law governs.

Changes to these terms

Fintech Platform may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates take effect once posted here, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting commercial terms will be communicated to affected retailers in advance where reasonably possible.
